What is Feed Your Soul?

Hi! My name is Stacy Horn food, cooking, and sharing my knowledge feeds my heart, mind, belly, and spirit. It feeds my soul. It started with my grandma. She lived in the (then) tiny town of Tooele, Utah. Her entire backyard was a garden and we would pick what was in season and cook together. My love of fine dining came from my dad. He was a Nevada State Senator and would take us to fancy political dinners. Afterwards, we would try to recreate the dishes together. I worked in both savory and pastry roles in restaurants in Las Vegas. Currently I am a culinary instructor at Saddleback College in Mission Viejo, CA.
